Ingredients:
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. apple cider
3 Tbs. oil
Directions:
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and then set aside. In another bowl whisk together egg, brown sugar, apple butter, maple syrup, cider, yogurt, and oil. Add dry ingredients and stir until moist. Coat mini bundt pans with cooking spray and sprinkle sugar onto pans. Use a spoon to transfer mixture into the molds and then bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes. Allow doughnuts to cool on the rack.
Tip: Dip doughnuts in maple glaze!
