Ingredients:
1 c. butter
1/2 c. maple syrup
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 qt. freshly popped popcorn

Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour gradually over popcorn and mix well. Spread popcorn in a roasting pan. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Cool before serving.
