Ingredients:

1/2 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. milk
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:

Cream together oil, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, and add to the mixture alternately with milk. Add pecans. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
