Ingredients:
1 pt. corn, canned or frozen
3 eggs
1/2 to 2/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 Tbs. flour

Directions:
Warm or cook corn in a saucepan until done and drain. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Mix together flour and sugar, then add to wet mixture. Add vanilla, corn, and salt. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes. Don’t overcook! Remove from oven when the center is set but not soupy.
