Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. Red Star yeast
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix well, cover loosely, and let stand in a warm place for 20 minutes. Fry on a hot, greased griddle. Makes about 6-8 medium size pancakes.
Tip: Finish these off with a dusting of confectioners sugar for an extra sweet morning treat!
