Ingredients:
1 Tbs. flour
2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. milk or cream
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 Tbs. butte

Directions:
In a saucepan, mix flour and sugar. Add syrups and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring until it forms a soft ball, around 262°-236°. Remove from heat and drop butter on top. Let cool until it is lukewarm to the touch, then beat until it begins to stop looking glossy. Quickly pour into a buttered pan. Cut and serve when cool.
