Ingredients:

8 medium carrots, sliced

1/4 c. maple syrup

3 TBS. butter or margarine

1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

Cook carrots in a small amount of water or steam until tender. Mix butter, maple syrup, and ginger and pour over carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes.
