Ingredients:

Base

4 1/2 c. apples, peeled and sliced

2 tsp. flour

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 c. maple syrup

1 tsp. cinnamon

 

Topping

1 1/2 c. oatmeal

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 c. maple syrup

3/4 c. butter or margarine

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Combine topping ingredients and spread over base. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream and drizzle maple syrup on top.
