Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. maple syrup

pinch of salt

Directions:

Beat ingredients thoroughly, pour into individual buttered baking dishes, and set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Makes four servings.
