Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1 c. 2 tsp. Crisco or 1 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
pinch of baking soda
5 Tbs. cold water
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Mix flour, shortening, salt, and baking soda down to pea-sized particles with a pastry blender. Push the mixture to the sides of the bowl and form a well in the center. Put water, vinegar, and egg into the well, mix ingredients in center with a fork, then add in dry ingredients. Form dough into balls, then roll out on a floured surface. Makes two 10-12 in. pie crusts.
