Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butte

Directions:
Beat together butter, maple syrup, and egg until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in oatmeal, raisins, and nuts. Drop by the teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
