Ingredients:
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbs. butter
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix together sugar, maple syrup, water, and vanilla. Cook until it forms a soft ball. Add butter and cook until brittle, around 290°-300°. Pour over chopped nuts on a buttered pan. When cool, break into pieces.
